A chilling new development has emerged in the Indore MBA student murder case after accused Piyush Dhamnotiya was seen speaking calmly to the media days after the crime, showing no visible remorse.
The disturbing behaviour has shocked investigators and the public alike.
What The Accused Told Reporters
When confronted by reporters after his arrest, Dhamnotiya did not deny involvement. Instead, he responded in an eerily casual tone:
“Whatever had to happen had already happened. Leave it. What will you do after knowing?”
He further added:
“Time will come, I will tell everything.”
Police say the calm, almost indifferent reaction is unusual in such serious crimes and is being psychologically examined.
How The Crime Happened
The victim, a 24-year-old MBA student, had left home saying she needed to correct her birth certificate and later informed her sister she would attend a birthday gathering with Dhamnotiya.
She never returned.
Days later, a foul smell led residents to alert police. Officers broke open the locked room in Dwarkapuri area of Indore and discovered her body in an advanced stage of decomposition.
Investigators allege:
