Experience India’s longest travelling folk music festival this October, blending mysticism, music, and community life across Rajasthan’s heartland.

What is Rajasthan Kabir Yatra?

Rajasthan Kabir Yatra, India’s longest travelling folk music festival, returns for its 8th edition from October 1 to 5, 2025. This unique spiritual journey weaves together music, storytelling, satsang, and community celebrations as it moves through Rajasthan’s villages. The festival is a celebration of the timeless poetry of mystics like Kabir, Mira Bai, Bulleh Shah, Amir Khusrau, and Shah Latif, while giving a platform to local folk artists.

Hosted by the Malang Folk Foundation, this yatra has covered more than 100 villages in 14 districts, attracting over 250 yatris (participants) from India and abroad. Each night under the desert sky becomes a vibrant space for devotion, reflection, and cultural exchange.
